Gradara’s family, who sought to create an environment familiar and comfortable and as informal as possible, managed Villa Claudia for almost 40 years.

At breakfast are served bread, pastries and homemade cookies, even vegan, with organic flour, spelled, designed and manufactured with natural food products, eliminating polluting food mono doses, to offer almost exclusively organic food and not GMOs.

The menu is designed for healthy and tasty eating, with the possibility to choose every day and enjoy summer dishes, vegetarian and vegan dishes and typical dishes of Romagna.
Pasta is exclusively biological nature with the ability, in a few days, to be able to choose from spelled and kamut, also partly integrated.
For each meal, there is a buffet of fresh vegetables, for the most part just harvested and coming from the Aunt Gabriella’s farm.
The meat is the result of a careful selection of the owner and is first rate. Possibility to eat fish every day.
The hot side dishes are as much as possible of the season.

In Romagna, there are many small villages to visit telling ancient legends and cultural and gastronomic traditions.
Guests can visit the ancient castle of Gradara, made famous by the really sad and romantic legend of two star-crossed lovers Paolo and Francesca.
Then there is San Leo, perched atop a rock, from which it is possible to enjoy the full vision of the blue Adriatic coast.
Another tour is that to the castle of Montebello to track Azzurrina, the ghost girl who apparently suits the manor and posters on summer nights.
Do not miss the Malatesta fortress in Montefiore Conca, which dominates the valley.
For relaxation, there are the baths of Montegrimano.
In Saludecio’s town, there is the “Palio del Daino” and in Mondaino there is the 800’s Festival.
