But also salty tarts made with wild herbs, potatoes, onions, zucchini and rice.
At the restaurant, guests can taste specialties of local Emilian cooking, prepared with ingredients produced directly by the farmhouse.
The farmhouse comes from an old, restored residential family-run villa: it is located in the peak of the crest that descends toward Bedonoa, in the province of Parma.
On the outside a big park surrounded by the green countryside allows for the encounter with nature and the discovery of fascinating views.
La Tempestosa is made of seven nicely-furnished mini apartments, TV in the bedroom, heating and a terrace for sunbathing.
There is also a functional kitchenette.
Breakfast is included in the price.
The farmhouse restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
The owners prepare delicious traditional dishes for their guests that include appetizers of local salami, prosciutto, air-cured pork meat with salty tarts, but also tortellini filled with wild herbs and ricotta with various sauces.
And also with wild boar stew with polenta and mixed vegetables - grown in the farmhouse - as a side dish.
Also the served sweets are home made.
Bedonia is a “garden city” which calls itself “the capital of trout”. It is located in a territory that embraces the valleys of Taro and Ceno that welcome excursionists interested in discovering the relaxing nature of their mountains.
The village has a swimming pool, tennis, basketball, volleyball, skating and soccer courts, as well as two gyms that allow for the practice of sports even during vacation.
Chiavari is 50 km away, and Parma, full of masterpieces and big green areas is 80 km away.
The gulf of Tigullio, about 50 km, is known for its very well-equipped beaches, but also for the small ports rich that are in history and tradition. 20 minutes from the farmhouse is Pienna Mountain that allows unique excursions that offer views from Ligurian Sea to the crown of Western Alps.
The cost of each mini apartment, as a double room, is 70€ per night as single use 50€.
