All apartments are equipped with energy saving light bulbs, appliances category A +, separate collections of wast and all cleaning products are purchased "from the tap".
There is an apartment fully accessible for disabled guest including parking and a access ramp.
In each apartment is a "welcome kit", including tourist information, and depending on the season, guests will receive local products or home made products (e.g. jam).

The Holiday House "Il Piccolo Noce", recently renovated and opened in August 2011, located just outside Pietrafitta village in the township of Piegaro, along a country road that connects Pietrafitta all'Abbadia dei Sette Frati (Benedictine abbey dating back to ' XI century) and Fontana, in the midst of unspoiled woods accompanied by the slow flow of a small stream called Petroso.
The property has 5 self-catering apartments, completely furnished, keeping the local traditions to enhance the rural character of the arrangement, without neglecting comfort.
One apartment is suitable for disabled guests.
You can use the kitchen and all of its appliances.
On demand, in weekends or in special occasions, we prepare the homemade breakfasts.

Worth visiting are the most famous cities such as Perugia, Todi, Assisi, but we also strongly recommended Piegaro, Città della Pieve, Panicale, Castiglione del Lago, San Feliciano, Mugnano Agello, Marcianoies Montecastello Vibio and the Santuari di Mongiovino and Grondici.
