    Restaurants interested in making a particular dish known as "Authentic" or "Original" can participate in Slow Tourism through a space dedicated to recipes typical of an area and traditional or made with an absolutely original procedures. With Slow Tourism it is possible to qualify the restaurant through the promotion of the gastronomic uniqueness of your restaurant.
