Well Done

The Sovrano Farmhouse is attentive to traditional cooking of the Valnerina territory.
In each season there are different products produced by Il Sovrano farmlands or other enterprises.
For Slow Tourism Passport holders, during January - February, July and November – there is a 10% discount.


The building, a family business, is situated on a hill from which it is possible to admire the Valnerina landscape, and it is composed of a renovated homestead with rooms and private baths.
The restaurant has three rooms. For guests there is also a big terrace and garden.
The welcome and courtesy given by the farmhouse creates a family atmosphere that is able to respond to guests needs.

Breakfast is delicious with cakes, tarts, handmade jams, seasonal fruit, fruit and vegetable extracts and handmade cheeses.
The menu is an a la carte menu and expresses all typical and local products.
The meals proposed could be subject to daily variations to respect seasonal products.
Periodically the owners prepare dishes with hemp.
Each meal has a €28-30 cost, excluding drinks.
The wine menu offers typical, regional and national wines.
Among all the delicious foods prepared at the home there are stuffed pasta, cakes, jams, fruit and different vegetables.
On the farm are produced meats such as Cinta Senese pork and poultry - ducks, geese, hens and chickens.

The Sovrano is situated in Sant'Anatolia di Narco (Perugia district), in the Valnerina zone that allows one to reach – in a short time – any location: Spoleto in 10 minutes; Norcia and Cascia in 25-30 minutes; further away there are also Assisi, Orvieto, Terni e Gubbio.
The building is near an old railway, the Spoleto – Norcia, that one can go along on foot, by bike or riding.
In the center of Sant'Anatolia di Narco (5 minutes from the farmhouse) there is the Hemp Museum.
In 8 minutes it is possible to reach the Saint Felice and Mauro Abbey in Castel San Felice.
In 20 minutes one can reach Terni along the Valnerina road (SS. Valnerina), it is possible to visit the “Cascate delle Marmore” waterfalls, the tallest in Europe.

The building offers three rooms with private bath, breakfast included and the price is €80 (additional 10 euros for any bed added), television and free wi-fi connection.
There is the opportunity to take part in guided tours by visiting wineries, oil mills, cashmere and ceramics companies.
